Our Guarantee: We guarantee that all animals sold will arrive in excellent health and condition. We guarantee all animals to be free of disease and to be properly feeding. If you are unsatisfied with our animals for any reason contact us within 24 hours after arrival, if you contact us after the 24 hours we don‘t guarantee satisfaction however we will try and accommodate your needs to the best of our abilities. We can’t put a long term guarantee on our animals because we don’t know if you (the customer) are practicing proper husbandry. If you do have trouble with any animals you receive from us within the first two weeks, please contact us and let us help you find a solution to the problem. If a replacement is necessary, we may or may not replace the animal with a similar animal of equal or greater value. If the animal cannot be replaced, we may or may not give you credit towards another animal or a full cash refund (we reserve the right to choose).
Delivery: All animals will be shipped via Fed-Ex Overnight. Live arrival is guaranteed as long as someone is there to receive the package, if no one is there to receive the package you forfeit the live arrival guarantee. In the rare instance that an animal arrives deceased contact us immediately and try to provide a digital photo via email. If you do not have access to a digital camera freeze the animal and send the animal back to us the next day. If the animal appears to have expired because of our own fault we will cover the costs of shipping. If the weather requires us to use a cold pack or a hot pack in order to assure live arrival, we will provide one in the shipping box accordingly. We use insulated boxes to help stabilize the temperature. All animals are placed in small deli cups surrounded by padded insulation in order to insure minimal amounts of movement. The cost of next day shipping is a flat fee of $40.00, all Leopard Geckos will be shipped Overnight guaranteed for next day arrival. All snakes are gauranteed for live arrival, but fees may be considerably lower under different shipping options. Contact us for snake delivery options. If you are buying so many animals that we are required to use two or more boxes, additional shipping charges will be covered by us. We will not ship overseas unless the customer is buying over $1000.00 worth of goods, (inquire about overseas shipping).
Payment: Once you select the animal you would like to purchase, you have 3 payment options. You can send us a money order (preferred). Or you can pay us with PayPal (Credit card, debit card, checking account, etc.). The third payment option is a Personal Check. When paying with a Personal Check there will be a 7 day waiting period before the animal is shipped. If you would like to purchase an animal, but don’t have the funds to do so, you may give us a 25% non-refundable deposit and we will hold the animal for up to two weeks. If you have not paid in full by the end of two weeks, you forfeit your deposit. After payment has been paid in full, we will contact you in order to setup a shipping date.
